What is the difference between jesmonite AC100 and jesmonite AC730?

AC100 and AC730 are two Jesmonite products that consist of two water-based materials.

The big advantage? It is an eco-friendly alternative to other resin systems, more durable and easier to use.

But then. How do you choose which product suits you best?

AC100 Infinite Creativity

AC100 is a water-based, solvent-free, risk-free product that can reproduce any surface, color or detail, there are no limits to your imagination here.

Mixing ratios? Very simple, 1 (liquid) to 2.5 (powder) by weight. You will have a mixture that is easy to mix and pour into all the little nooks and crannies and most importantly... you can create almost anything you want! With silicone molds and pigments, marble effect, terrazzo , glitter, ...

This product is very easy to work with and above all it hardens quickly, as the hardening time is only between 15 - 30 minutes, and also in the winter at the same time!

However, if we compare it with plaster, it is clearly more resistant and lighter.

AC730 Creativity, strength and toughness

AC730 is more than a cement base. It is a mixture of water based acrylic and cement based powder.

This is a heavy and strong product that allows you to create pieces identical to what you can do with concrete, but with the desire for simplicity and greater lightness!

Lineage? We are moving to a ratio of 1 (liquid) to (5 powder).

The pieces made from this product are absolutely unbreakable, they are very strong and can withstand all types of shocks.

The working time will be longer than AC100, and the hardening time also (wait 4 hours before unmolding)

3 big differences compared to AC100: truly built-in pigments, a true "rough stone" look and usability outdoors.

(It should be noted that this material can also be used in facade cladding layers.)

It can be cast in molds like AC100.
