Product Information

AC730 Flex Metal Gel Coat is a fast-hardening acrylic polymer cement based material that incorporates real copper-coloured metal powder to achieve a range of metallic finishes.

It is designed to be applied by brush into molds with both AC730 and AC830 compounds used as backing materials with appropriate glass reinforcements. It is a shrinkage-compensated, low-permeability material that is durable in all outdoor weathering conditions. The compound is free of alkalis and therefore free of the efflorescence associated with systems based on ordinary Portland cement. It is supplied as two components, a water-based acrylic liquid and a blended base.
