Product Information

Jesmonite® Acrylic Sealer is a pure acrylic coating compatible with AC100, AC200, and AC300 products to increase water resistance. It is a durable and flexible product designed for use in a variety of applications.

The new formula is designed to ensure maintaining the matte appearance of Jesmonite while also being easy to apply using a brush, roller, or spray.

Jesmonite recommends, for best results, to apply two layers of acrylic sealer on low-porosity surfaces like AC100, diluting the first layer by 10 - 20% with water. Diluting the first layer will help the chemical bonding process of the acrylic sealer.

The second registered proprietary layer is applied as soon as the diluted primer layer dries. Do not let the first layer dry completely before applying the second layer. In principle, it is preferable to apply several thin layers rather than one thick layer.

Remember that small amounts of acrylic sealer cover large quantities, so small amounts can cover large areas - do not over-apply the product, and make sure you work in small doses for perfect control.
