Jesmonite® Acrylic Sealer is a pure acrylic coating compatible with AC100, AC200, and AC300 products to enhance water resistance. It is a durable and flexible product designed for use in a variety of applications.

The new formula has been designed to ensure the maintenance of the matte appearance of Jesmonite while also allowing for easy application using a brush, roller, or spray.

It is recommended to use Jesmonite. For best results, apply two layers of acrylic sealant on low porosity surfaces like AC100, thinning the first layer by 10 - 20% with water. Thinning the first layer will assist in the chemical bonding process of the acrylic sealant.

The second registered layer is applied as soon as the diluted first layer dries. Do not let the first layer dry completely before applying the second layer. In principle, it is preferable to apply several thin layers rather than one thick layer.

Remember that small amounts of acrylic sealer cover large quantities, and thus small amounts can cover large areas - do not overapply the product, and make sure you work in small doses for optimal control.
