Product Information

Jesmonite® Acrylic Sealer is a pure acrylic paint compatible with AC100, AC200 and AC300 products for increased water resistance. It is a durable and flexible product designed for use in a variety of applications.

The new formula has been designed to ensure the matte appearance of Jesmonite is maintained while it can also be easily applied using a brush, roller, or spray.

It is recommended to use Jesmonite. For best results, apply two layers of acrylic sealant on low porosity surfaces like AC100, thinning the first layer by 10 - 20% with water. Thinning the first layer will assist in the chemical bonding process of the acrylic sealant.

The second proprietary coat is applied once the diluted initial coat has dried. Do not let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat. In principle, it is preferable to apply several thin layers to one thick layer.

Remember that small amounts of acrylic sealer cover large amounts, so small amounts can cover large areas – do not over apply the product, and make sure you work in small doses for perfect control.
