Product Information

Jesmonite® Acrylic Sealer is a pure acrylic paint compatible with AC100, AC200 and AC300 products for increased water resistance. It is a durable and flexible product designed for use in a variety of applications.

The new formula is designed to ensure that Jesmonite maintains its matte look while also being easily applied with a brush, roller or spray.

Jesmonite recommends, for best results, applying two coats of acrylic sealer to low porosity surfaces such as AC100, diluting the first coat 10-20% with water. Diluting the first coat will aid in the chemical bonding process of the acrylic sealer.

The second proprietary coat is applied once the diluted initial coat has dried. Do not let the first coat dry completely before applying the second coat. In principle, it is preferable to apply several thin layers to one thick layer.

Remember that small amounts of acrylic sealer cover large amounts, so small amounts can cover large areas – do not over apply the product, and make sure you work in small doses for perfect control.
